Dr. Mark Lawrence has run Woodsprings Animal Clinic at 2408 Alexander Drive since 1997. Wellness care, surgery, dental work, in-office lab work, digital x-ray and all-indoor boarding all happen in this one building, across the Bypass from the Wal-Mart Super Center. Start here for a routine visit
Canine and feline vaccines and routine wellness care, heartworm testing before treatment, in-office lab work, nutritional counseling and allergy management. Most visits that are not urgent start here.

Surgery
Routine spay and neuter, soft tissue surgery, and orthopedic surgery including CCL repair, backed by digital x-ray, full hospitalization when a pet needs to stay, and easy access to boarded veterinary radiologists for the cases that call for one. Microchip placement and enrollment and x-rays for orthopedic certification happen here too.

The mouth
Scheduled dental cleaning with pre-anesthetic lab work done in the building beforehand, so a cleaning is a planned procedure, not a same-day guess. DuoClenz chews and an at-home routine keep the next cleaning further away.

Boarding
All indoor, with a large fenced-in yard where staff walk and play with the dogs. Canine and feline boarders stay in separate areas, water is available at all times, and we supply Science Diet Sensitive Stomach food, beds, toys and blankets. Pets need to be current on vaccinations to board, and we can update them during the stay.

Science Diet & Purina Dog and Cat Food, Hill's Prescription Diet foods, Selected Royal Canin products, DuoClenz chews, prescription soft treats and pill pockets, medicated and everyday shampoo, and Joint support medications, probiotics and kidney and liver support. Heartworm tablets & heartworm injections and flea and tick preventives are stocked as well.
Purina diets can be ordered straight to your door through ProPlanVetDirect.com using our clinic code 3TSPU, or picked up in person at the clinic. We accept CareCredit financing and payments.
